Corran Page Updates

NOVEMBER 26, 2003
Never fear, this page has not died. To prove it, I have two more stories to add to the Fanfiction section, courtesy of Diana DeRiggs. The first is a Thanksgiving story, just in time for the Thanksgiving holidays (for those of you who celebrate it). Corran and Mirax squabble over the cooking of a large dinner in Thanksgiving Roasting.
Diana's second entry is one that has been in the works for a whole year now, but it is at long last ready for posting. Valin Horn takes a step on the path to being a man and Corran has another lesson in being a father in Father Knows Best.
And for those of you who are interested, Mike Stackpole has a story in the latest Dork Tower comic book, The Dork Tower 25th Issue Special. It features the Dork Tower characters and not Corran, but it is still a good story. Might not be as good for those who don't regularly read Dork Tower, though.

SEPTEMBER 22, 2003
Yes, I am still alive here. I am still in the grips of Harry Potter Fever, but have surfaced long enough to mention that Mike Stackpole is in the September 22 issue of the online Dork Tower comic strip.

JULY 27, 2003
Rosy Red Fingured Dawn gets her very own vault added to the Fanfiction section. Her first entry is Ebbing Clouds, Enduring Day. Have you ever wondered what Hal thought about becoming a father? If so, this is definitely the story for you.

JULY 15, 2003
Anthony Adler sends in a couple of movie-like trailers for his A Tale of Revenge series. Go here to get a preview of what's to come from him.
Added a note to Shadow Chaser's fiction at her behest.
Decided to switch site counters since Bravenet decided to completely change the look of theirs. I thought it looked terrible, so I switched.

JULY 14, 2003
It's been quite awhile, hasn't it? My best excuse is that I am suffering from an extreme case of Harry Potter Fever. I don't think I'm over it, but it's gone down enough for me to be able to make an update. Pictures of Booster and Keiran have been added to the Pictures Gallery. Michael Galasso was kind enough to respond to my Request for Assistance, and it is due to him that I was able to acquire these pictures. Thanks, Michael.

MAY 19, 2003
Created a new section in which to keep chat transcripts.
Added the Troy Denning chat transcript. If you weren't there, you missed out on a wonderful time.

MAY 5, 2003
Not much really done today. Removed request for help because someone has replied, although I haven't gotten around to doing anything with the submitted materials as of yet. Changed a link in the Troy Denning chat section. Still trying to get the #literature room added over at the holonet web page.

APRIL 18. 2003
Posted announcement and details for the May 16th Troy Denning chat.

APRIL 8, 2003
Two more additions for the Pictures page today, both by Clint Anderson. The first one shows what Susan Hill's X-wing: Ambush might look like if it was published as a novel. He created a cover and back page summary. It looks just like another X-wing book.
Clint's second piece was originally created to serve as wallpaper, and can still be used as such. X-wing Cruise shows two X-wings, one of them being Corran's, flying in space near a planet. Check these out today!
Also added my "Request for Assistance," otherwise known as a plea for some items for me to post. I will be grateful and appreciative of those who help me out.

APRIL 2, 2003
Things have been pretty hectic here. I have been meaning to update, but I was transitioning to a different computer. Anyway, I have some updates in the Picture section for you today, and this isn't an April Fool. First off, I have received a couple of emails regarding the selections for which I needed an artist name. Sorry I didn't get them up here sooner. The artists for the Japanese New Jedi Order picture and the picture from the A Guide to the Star Wars Universe, which can also be found in The Essential Guide to Planets and Moons. Thanks to those who wrote in about these entries.
The last is a new addition to the
Picture Gallery. Susan Hill, reknowned author of X-wing: Ambush, drew this X-wing from her story.

FEBRUARY 28, 2003
Yesterday was a very good day for me. I got my hands onto the latest issue of Star Wars Insider, which just happens to have a new short story by none other than Mike Stackpole. Best part about it, it included two people I never thought I'd find out anything more about, Nejaa Halcyon and Rostek Horn.
Of course, all of this also means work for me, but since it's my choice, I can't complain, right? Therefore, I totally revamped Nejaa's bio and added some info to Rostek's. I also added "Elusion Illusion" and two Holonet News articles to the Book Listing section. However, if you haven't read the story yet, don't read the bios or you will be spoiled.

FEBRUARY 18, 2003
Added a tiny piece of info to Hal's biography from Wedge's Gamble.

FEBRUARY 10, 2003
Ruxi sent in a sketch of Corran on a mission during his CorSec days, aptly titled CorSec. Go check it out in the Fanart section.

JANUARY 29, 2003
Today is a day of celebration. The final chapters of Luney's Shadows of a Past Long Forgotten have been posted! How does it end? Read it and find out! I understand a sequel may be coming my way as well.

JANUARY 23, 2003
Chapters 31-34 of Shadows of a Past Long Forgotten are up here. The story takes an interesting twist as it comes closer and closer to its conclusion.

JANUARY 20, 2003
Happy New Year! I hope that this year will bring everyone good fortune. And to start it off I have a couple of items, one of them long-awaited.
I am delighted at last to get around to coding up some more chapters of Luney's story Shadows of a Past Long Forgotten. Go here to read Chapters 28-30 of this exciting story. More to follow as soon as I get them coded.
Also have one more Corran tidbit from Solo Command. I added it to his bio here.
