It is night. A powerful looking guard-droid patrols around a gateway.
V.O: He thought the galaxy was safe to roam.
A dark figure steps up behind the droid.
V.O: He thought there was no cause for which to fight.
The figure ignites a white-bladed lightsaber and bisects the droid.
V.O: He was wrong.
Scenes flash past almost too fast to follow:
A pair of destroyer droids spin along a dark corridor and ready their weapons.
Black clad troopers drop out of the Pulsar Skate and a battered transport.
A Wiphid gasps and grabs at a dart imbedded in his neck as a female Falleen steps out of the shadows.
A black-haired woman with a jagged scar across her check charges into a group of thugs and slices at them with a pair of archaic short swords.
A Mon Cal binds a cut on the woman’s arm.
A Devaronian sprints down a corridor and dowses a Quarren with flame from a flame-thrower.
A sniper sights down the barrel of his riffle and shoots a Duros between the eyes.
A dark-skinned human runs back as melta charges reduce a pair of blast-doors to slag.
A Togorian blasts away with an e-web.
Booster grabs the flamer from the dead body of the Devaronian and screws in a fuel canister.
V.O: When a man’s family is in danger…
Corran fights a man with a wine-red lightsaber.
V.O: …what lengths will he go to…
Corran is smashed against a wall by a Force blow and his lightsaber tumbles from his hands.
V.O: …to get them back?
A massive fireball erupts and a man screams. The screen goes black. Then words come up on the screen.
