This was the first Corran story ever written, and is set during the two year period when he was on the run from Kirtan Loor and CorSec. Corran is hiding on Garqi when he finds himself reluctantly helping would-be Rebels.
Rogue Squadron - Book one of the X-wing series by Michael A. Stackpole, and the one that many think marks Corran's first appearance. Corran joins Rogue Squadron. Mirax also teams up with the Rogues and meets Corran.

Solo Command - Seventh book of the X-wing series, and the third by Aaron Allston. The hunt for Warlord Zsinj becomes even more intense, and Han Solo arrives to lead the search. Since the Rogues and the Wraiths work together quite a bit in this book, we see more of Corran during those missions.
Isard's Revenge - Eighth book of the X-wing series, and the fifth by Michael A. Stackpole. Immediately after the defeat of Grand Admiral Thrawn at Bilbringi, the Rogues receive a tip on the whereabouts of the Lusankya prisoners. Corran, Mirax, and Booster all play important roles throughout the course of this story.
I, Jedi - Written by Michael A. Stackpole, this story takes place concurrently with Kevin J. Anderson's Jedi Academy trilogy. This first person book details Corran's quest to recover his wife and come to terms with his Jedi heritage. The quintessential Corran novel and the one that every Corran fan should read.
Specter of the Past - Book one of the Hand of Thrawn duology by Timothy Zahn. The galaxy, already stirred up over news on the ones responsible for the destruction of Caamas decades ago, is shocked and afraid when rumors of the return of Grand Admiral Thrawn, believed dead, begin to circulate. Corran, Mirax, Booster, and Valin appear briefly.
Vision of the Future - Book two of the Hand of Thrawn duology by Timothy Zahn. Affairs in the New Republic continue to deteriorate. It is believed that the one thing that can avert a civil war is the discovery of the Caamas document, a document that promises to shed light on the actual participants in the destruction of Caamas. Corran and Wedge undertake a mission to Bothawui to help protect the Bothans, accused of the atrocity, and later they fly with Booster on the Errant Venture to help recover the document.
Union - Four issue comic scripted by Michael A. Stackpole detailing the wedding of Luke Skywalker and Mara Jade. Now collected in trade paperback format. Mirax and Corran help the bride and the groom prepare for the wedding and partake in the festivities. We see Corran more in his Jedi role than his pilot role in this comic.
Onslaught - Second book of the New Jedi Order series and first book in Michael A. Stackpole's Dark Tide duology. Corran and Jedi Ganner Rhysode undertake a mission to Bimmiel to protect a group of archaeologists from the Yuuzhan Vong. We also see Mirax and their two children.

Corran joins Luke and the other Jedi in protecting Coruscant. Mirax and Booster also have roles, albeit smaller ones.
Rebel Dream - Eleventh book of the New Jedi Order and first book in Aaron Allston's Enemy Lines duology. Wedge Antilles and others aim to protect a group of refugees on Borleias from the might of the Yuuzahn Vong. Wedge also has something else up his sleeve, though, something that requires the assistance of many friends and/or ex-Rebels, including Corran and Booster.
Rebel Stand - Twelth book of the New Jedi Order and second book in Aaron Allston's Enemy Lines duology. Luke and a small team investigate captured Coruscant and explore perhaps setting up a resistance movement with the people left behind. Meanwhile, Wedge plans the evacuation of Borleias. Corran shows up in one chapter in his new capacity, Valin shows up very briefly in a different chapter, and the Errant Venture appears, although we don't actually see Booster himself.
Destiny's Way - Fourteenth book of the New Jedi Order, written by Walter Jon Williams. Jacen and Vergere return to the NR, and Ackbar joins the fight against the Yuuzhan Vong. Corran cameos in a couple of scenes as the leader of Rogue Squadron, replacing Gavin, who has been called away somewhere. The Errant Venture also appears briefly in a battle scene. Booster is mentioned in connection to the EV, but I don't think we ever see him.
