ONLINE BILL PAY NOW AVAILABLE
CompuFort Internet Services is pleased to announce that you can now make payments for your Internet Service with us on line by going to www.compufort.com. Click on “Online Bill Pay!” to reach the program where you can make a payment on your account. The web page will be https://www.compufort.biz Note: you may also go directly to that page but you must enter it exactly as it is shown with https or you will not be able to open the web page. Enter it in the address bar of your web browser. A page will appear saying: There is a problem with this website’s security certificate. Ignore this and click on “Continue to this website (not recommended)”.
You will need to know your login and password assigned to the account. If you are a DSL customer you will have to enter your complete email address that CompuFort has assigned your account. Enter the appropriate username or email address and then your password which is case sensitive. Wireless & DSL customers--Do not use your Wireless Security Key.
You will now see a screen that has Account Status, Usage History, Billing Info, Make Payment, etc. tabs across the top of the page. You will see the current balance. If you click on the unpaid invoice, you will see a copy of it with the dates that it covers. Click on the “Make Payment” tab. The method of payment will be a credit card (you may use your credit or debit card). CompuFort Internet Services, Inc. accepts Discover, Master Card and Visa. Check the amount field. You can edit this if you don’t want to pay the full amount. Fill in your card information in the appropriate sections. Click on make a payment and then log off.
